Payments must be made in advance for all services. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in service interruption, suspension, or permanent termination. YS Hosting reserves the right to change pricing at any time; however, existing clients will be notified in advance where applicable.

We perform regular backups as a courtesy, but clients are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups. We do not guarantee data recovery in any situation.

Service uptime is important to us, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occur. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

YS Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our terms, causes server issues, or negatively impacts other users.

Limitation of liability: YS Hosting shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
