YS Hosting aims to provide high-quality hosting services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting services only. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to first-time customers and does not apply to renewals or upgrades.
Certain services are non-refundable. These include domain registrations, domain renewals, SSL certificates, dedicated servers, VPS hosting, add-ons, and any third-party services. Once these services are purchased, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Refund requests must be submitted through our official support system or billing department within the eligible timeframe. Requests made after the refund period will not be considered.
If a customer violates our Terms and Conditions, including abuse, illegal activity, or misuse of services, they will not be eligible for a refund. Accounts terminated due to policy violations are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting us first may result in immediate account termination and permanent service restriction.
We strive to resolve all issues before processing refunds. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team for assistance with any service-related concerns.
